Neteller Support is Absolutely Garbage

Here is the email account that my Neteller is registered to.

I set up my Neteller account a year ago and I funded it by withdrawing money from Party Poker. This made me able to enjoy the Neteller services, but it made my Neteller account only semi-functional.

Everytime I sign it, it brings me to the https://neteller.com/firstdeposit/index.jsf page and I have to manually type in https://neteller.com/ab/members/ to get to my account summary page. This didn't bother me because every Neteller transfer I did in the past, Party Poker, Pinnacle, etc, allowed me to make the transactions from their site.​

Now I want to withdraw from Olympic Sports and it is forcing me to do the transaction from my semi-functional Neteller. The problem is, when I click on the transfer feature of my Neteller, it redirects me to the Neteller homepage.

Olympic Sports gave me the following transfer code to use to make the merchant transaction, but i'm having trouble; OLYM8865

Any help would be appreciated-

Here is the response they gave me. In what way does this response answer my fucking question. I never fucking said anything about not being able to sign on, I said I couldn't do merchant transactions.

If you are unable to log into your NETELLER account try going to www.neteller.com. On the top right hand corner of the screen there should be a NETELLER Japan link. Clicking on the link should bring you to the same looking page. Click on the Sign in button and attempt to log in from there. ​

If you are having trouble signing into your NETELLER account or viewing your account information you may need to delete the Cookies and Temporary Internet Files from your computer.
NETELLER is set up to best operate with Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher. There is a free download available at http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie.
Once you're online using Internet Explorer, please open a new browser window and click Tools, scroll down to Internet Options on the menu bar. Under the General tab, select Delete Cookies, and follow with Delete Files.
Then select the Privacy tab and ensure that the slider bar is set to Medium, or Medium Low. If you've had to change this setting, remember to click the Apply button before you close the Internet Options box. In the section below the bar, there is a button that says Edit to override cookie handling for specific websites. Click the Edit button, and enter www.neteller.com in the field, and select Allow.
Under the Security tab, click on the Green Checkmark that says Trusted Sites. This will open up another button below it that says Sites, if you click this button, a small window will appear. In this box it says Add this Website to the Zone, in here you'll need to enter https://www.neteller.com.
You must now restart your computer for the changes to take affect.
Following these steps should enable your computer to properly display the NETELLER site.

You are also able to transfer funds from your NETeller account to your Merchant by going to the Merchant site. There will be a deposit section there where you can choose which deposit option you would like to use, click on NETeller deposit option. It will then prompt you to enter in your NETeller Account ID, Secure ID and the amount you want to deposit. Simply click submit and the funds will be transferred from your NETeller account to your Merchant account.
To transfer funds from your Merchant account to your NETELLER account you would need to also go to the Merchant site. There will be a withdrawal section there where you will be asked either for your NETELLER account information or the email address registered to your NETELLER account. For exact steps on how to withdraw funds from your Merchant account to your NETELLER account please contact your Merchant.
Please contact your Merchant for the fees they may apply to transfer your funds using these options.​

EDIT: I'm a jackass, it worked. I cleared all these restrictions and looks like a totally different site. I guess all these security features make sites look ugly.
